Bob Dylan to release massive 36-disc box set of 1966 live recordings

Bob Dylan has announced the upcoming release of a new box set of his live recordings from 1966. The box is titled The 1966 Live Recordings, according to a Rolling Stone report, and will be released on November 11. It features 36 discs. To coincide with the announcement, Dylan shared a live recording of “Tell Me Momma,” which was recorded at the Royal Albert Hall on May 26, 1966. The live recordings are mostly unreleased, and were taken from CBS mobile recordings, audience tapes and soundboards. There will be a release for The Real Royal Albert Hall 1966 Concert on its own on November 25. Stream “Tell Me Momma” below.

The tracklists haven’t been released in full, but a look at the setlists from the shows reveals a good mix of tracks from Blonde on Blonde, Highway 61 Revisited, Bringing It All Back Home, some covers and other surprises.
