Fever Ray new album Plunge

Fever Ray, the solo project of Karen Dreijer of The Knife, has released a new album. Plunge was announced just this morning, and in less than 24 hours, it’s finally available to hear in its entirety. Dreijer had been teasing the album for a couple weeks, starting off with a peculiar promotional campaign and eventually the first video from the album, for “To the Moon and Back.” The album has now surfaced on streaming services and can be heard in its entirety. Physical versions of the album will be available in February 2018. Listen to the Fever Ray Plunge stream below.

Dreijer’s band The Knife broke up within the last few years, following the release of their 2013 album Shaking the Habitual. A live album documenting their final tour was issued earlier this year. Fever Ray’s last album was her 2009 self-titled debut.
