Video: Fleet Foxes "He Doesn't Know Why" - 09.30.2008
It's always exciting to see new videos cropping up, especially when we love the song to begin with. Fleet Foxes have a great new one, of "He Doesn't Know Why," from their self-titled Sub Pop debut.

Caribou wins Polaris prize - 09.30.2008
The United Kingdom may have the Mercury Prize, but Canada's got the Polaris Prize, and this year, it belongs to Caribou, a.k.a. Dan Snaith, for his 2007 album Andorra. Among those who were nominated, though didn't win this year, were Stars, Black Mountain, Basia Bulat, Plants and Animals, Holy Fuck, The Weakerthans, Kathleen Edwards, Two Hours Traffic and Shad. Sorry guys.
Nonetheless, Snaith wins $20,000 and the respect and recognition of peers, critics and people like you. The Polaris Award is given to one artist each year, based on artistic merit without any correlation to record sales. Congratulations Dan!
