Thee Oh Sees announce new album, tour with Ty Segall - 06.12.2012


The always-on San Francisco garage rockers in Thee Oh Sees have another album on the way, titled Putrifiers II, out Sept. 11 via In the Red. And shortly after the album's release, the band is touring North America with fellow Bay Area thrasher Ty Segall.

Listen: Baroness - "March to the Sea" - 06.12.2012


Baroness have revealed another track from Yellow & Green, their upcoming colossal 2-LP follow up to 2009's Blue Record, out July 17 via Relapse. "March to the Sea" finds the band continuing the path toward a more accessible, even catchy rock 'n' roll sound.

Passion Pit announce tour dates - 06.12.2012


Passion Pit is gearing up for the release of their new album, Gossamer, on July 24, via Columbia Records. And a little over a month after it hits shelves, the band is hitting the road, touring the Midwest, East Coast and Southwest.

Video: Metric - "Youth Without Youth" - 06.12.2012
Today Metric release their new album Synthetica, and along with it, they've premiered the first video from the album, for "Youth Without Youth," over at MTV. It's a fairly straightforward clip with a few quirks, which include tire stacking, birthday cakes, twins in lederhosen and a 2001-style monolith. Check it out below.
