Wild Nothing announces new album, shares new track - 06.13.2012
Everyone decided to pile on the new album news today, but that's cool, we're getting a lot more excited about fall. Wild Nothing, aka Jack Tatum, will release Nocturne, his follow up to 2010's Gemini, Aug. 28 on Captured Tracks.
Tatum has shared the first track from the album, called "Shadow," which you can listen to here.

The new release news keeps rolling in. Dinosaur Jr. continues a productive streak post-reunion, with another new album on the way, titled I Bet on Sky. I Bet On Sky, which follow's 2007's Beyond and 2009's Farm, is out Sept. 18 via Jagjaguwar. Prepare to be rocked.

Bat For Lashes announces new album - 06.13.2012
Art pop diva Natasha Khan, aka Bat For Lashes, has revealed some details about her forthcoming album. The UK singer-songwriter's third album and follow-up to 2009's Two Suns is titled The Haunted Man and will be released Oct. 15 via Parlophone/EMI. She will be premiering some of the new songs at a gig in Cambridge tonight, which marks her first show in the UK in two years. So far, a U.S. date has not yet been announced, but after tonight we should at least have a few track titles.

Last year, Menomena went from trio to duo, after founding member Brent Knopf left the band to pursue his own projects. Remaining members Justin Harris and Danny Seim, however, have emerged with a brand new album. Moms, the band's follow-up to 2010's Mines, is slated for release Sept. 18 via Barsuk Records.
