Perfume Genius announces tour dates - 08.02.2012
Perfume Genius has announced another lengthy round of tour dates in support of new album Put Your Back N 2 It. PG, aka Mike Hadreas, will be in North America in October, but first, he's doing a trek around Europe, and will play All Tomorrow's Parties in the UK in December.

Kill Rock Stars celebrates Elliott Smith's birthday with rare tracks, reissues - 08.02.2012
Aug. 6 would have been Elliott Smith's 43rd birthday, and in honor of the late singer-songwriter, Kill Rock Stars is releasing some unreleased material from Smith's vault, as well as reissuing his classic album either/or on 180 gram vinyl this month.
On Aug. 6, the compilation An Introduction To... will be available for $4.99 all day, and for the entire month, Smith's full KRS catalog will be available on Bandcamp for $49. If you don't have it yet, we suggest you take advantage of the offer. Listen to an alternate version of "Alameda" below.
