All Baroness members released from hospital, tour dates canceled - 08.27.2012


Baroness released a new statement on Facebook about the band members' recovery after their recent bus crash in the UK. All four members have been released from the hospital, and all have since returned the United States, with the exception of John Baizley, who was just discharged from the hospital.

However, while the band is still recovering, they've had to cancel all upcoming tour dates in support of Yellow & Green.

Stream the new Cat Power album - 08.27.2012


On Sept. 4, Cat Power releases her first album of all-new material since 2006's The Greatest, titled Sun. However, NPR is hosting a full stream of the album a week early.

Video: Sleigh Bells - "End of the Line" - 08.27.2012
Sleigh Bells' new video for "End of the Line" from Reign of Terror doesn't have the same crazy visuals as that of "Comeback Kid," but it's a great clip all the same. Alexis Krauss turns off her aggro for more melancholy shots this time around, while she and Derek Miller ride bikes. Watch the clip, directed by Miller and Gregory Kohn, below.



Stream the new Dan Deacon album - 08.27.2012


This week, Baltimore's electro weirdo Dan Deacon releases America, his follow-up to 2009's Bromst, via Domino Records. Today, however, The Guardian is hosting a full stream of the album.
