Watch a promo for ballet inspired by Sufjan Stevens - 09.21.2012
Sufjan Stevens news is a little more scarce than it used to be (there hasn't been much to go around since the release of 2010's The Age of Adz). But on Oct. 5, choreographer Justin Peck of the New York City ballet is presenting "Year of the Rabbit," a ballet inspired by the work of Stevens, and featuring 30 minutes of his music. Watch the trailer for the ballet below, and go here for more information about performances.
