Kurt Vile – “KV Crimes”

Kurt Vile gets to be paraded around like a king in the new clip for “KV Crimes,” from Wakin on a Pretty Daze. The video, directed by Tom Scharpling, finds Vile being treated royally, wearing a crown and being hoisted around in a chair, and having a fine, regal meal from Wawa. The video comes in conjunction with news that Philadelphia’s mayor has officially declared August 28 Kurt Vile Day in the City of Brotherly Love. Vile will receive the Liberty Bell award, and will give a free performance that day.
