Make Your Own 1970s Box Set

Ah, the mighty box set. Is there anything more satisfying than bringing home a brand new box set, ripping open the cellophane and playing hours and hours of music while reading novels worth of liner notes? Well, sure, maybe there are more satisfying things, especially considering the cost of said box set. I mean, really, how ridiculous of an idea would a Hilary Duff box set be? She already had a greatest hits package, so it may be just around the corner you know! But seriously, we here at Treble feel your pain and want to make it up to you. After that massive Best of the 70’s list and all the great reviews which I’m sure made you want to go out and fill the holes in your collections. Instead, why don’t you fire up that iPod, refresh that iTunes account, and start downloading some of the selections that follow. At $0.99 a download, you’d essentially be paying $100 for this 70’s box set, so maybe that’s not such a hot idea, but if you pick and choose I’m sure it will be a cost saver in the end.
