When it rains in Richard D. James’ world, it pours. First, last year, a crowdfunding campaign made his Caustic Window album available to the public two decades after it was recorded. Then he released Syro, his first album as Aphex Twin in 13 years. And tomorrow, he’s releasing a new EP, titled Computer Controlled Acoustic Instruments Pt 2. (Oh yeah, and there was all that archival material he released on Soundcloud — the generosity never ends with this guy.)
James has shared another new track via Soundcloud, and this time it’s an alternate mix of the first track on his new EP. It’s called “Diskhat ALL Prepared1mixed [snr2mix]” and you can stream it below.
