Ratboys announce new album, Singin’ to an Empty Chair

Ratboys recently released their excellent new single, “Light Night Mountains All That.” And now, the group have revealed the details of a new full-length album, Singin’ to An Empty Chair, which is out Feb. 6 via New West. The album features that recently released single plus 10 more new songs, one of which, “Anywhere,” they released today. Hear it below.

“A big, overarching theme of this record is my attempt to document my experience being estranged from a close loved one,” said singer Julia Steiner in a statement. “The goal is to update this person on what’s been going on in my life and to try to bridge that impasse and reach out a hand into the void.”
