Hear Waxahatchee cover Lucinda Williams on new Nashville Sessions EP

Waxahatchee has just released a new EP, Apple Music Nashville Sessions, which is available now, exclusively on Apple Music in Spatial Audio. It features MJ Lenderman and Brad Cook, and it includes two songs from her excellent 2024 album Tigers Blood, as well as a cover of Lucinda Williams’ “Abandoned.” Hear it below.

Katie Crutchfield has also announced an event at Willie Nelson’s Luck Ranch in Spicewood, Texas on March 14, which will also feature Lucinda Williams and her band, Futurebirds, Bill Callahan, Kam Franklin, Brennan Wedl, and other special guests.
