Metz announce 10-year anniversary tour of their debut album
In October, the debut album by Toronto noise rock outfit Metz turns 10. And to mark the occasion, the band has announced an anniversary tour. They’ll be playing the album in its entirety on dates throughout the U.S. and Canada. “This album changed our lives,” the band says in a statement. “Songs that started out as the soundtrack to beer-soaked Toronto basement gigs somehow ended up taking us to stages all over the world. We are so grateful to everyone who embraced our self-titled album and allowed it to be a part of their life.” They’ll also be releasing a digital deluxe edition reissue of the album via Sub Pop and other “limited edition items.” Check out their upcoming dates below.
Earlier this year, Metz’s Alex Edkins released his debut as Weird Nightmare.
