Shame announce new album Food for Worms

Shame have announced a new album. On February 24, the UK post-punk group will release Food for Worms via Dead Oceans. The first single is “Fingers of Steel.” Check it out below, via the video directed by James Humby. Also take a look at the band’s upcoming tour dates, as well as the album’s artwork and tracklist.

Shame’s Charlie Steen said in a press release about the new video, “Self-obsession, social media flagellation and death can all be seen in this Oscar-nominated performance. No one’s ever done a video like this before and when you watch it, you’ll see why. Think Casablanca, but in color, and better.”

Shame’s last album was 2021’s Drunk Tank Pink.
