Sunny Day Real Estate postpone December tour dates

Sunny Day Real Estate have postponed their December tour dates. After announcing a reunion tour earlier this year and playing the first leg of North American dates, the group have announced that their next one is on hold because of an injury that drummer William Goldsmith sustained, breaking a bone in his hand.
In a social media post, the band says that their rescheduled shows will take place in 2023, with the specific dates to be announced: “This is not a decision that we have taken lightly and have exhausted all measures including the potential of an understudy proxy. All tickets for the current shows will remain valid for the reschedules and more information on everything will be forthcoming after the Thanksgiving holiday.”
