HEALTH share new track, “Men Today”
On Aug. 7, HEALTH will release Death Magic, their long-awaited follow-up to 2009’s Get Color, via Loma Vista. The band has already shared two tracks, “Stonefist” and Endless Playlist pick “New Coke,” which have shown the Los Angeles noise rock outfit heading in more of an industrial-dance direction, very much in the vein of their 2009 single “Die Slow.” Today, however, they’ve shared another new track, “Men Today,” which has more of a noisy psychedelic freakout sound to it, not unlike that of their earlier recordings. Zane Lowe premiered the song today via Apple Music’s Beats 1, and now you can stream the abrasive, two-minute track via YouTube.
