Premiere: Social media goes awry in the Stress Dolls “Crazy” video
Buffalo, New York indie rock outfit Stress Dolls have announced they’re releasing a new self-titled EP on November 10, and Treble is premiering the first video from the EP. The new clip for “Crazy,” directed by Andrew Meyer of No Tail Productions, is a humorous and tense spin on social media commentary. In the video, one of the members signs everyone else in the band up for a new social media network, which ends up having some unpleasant and somewhat terrifying consequences. The song itself is a rocker, with shades of ’90s era grunge filtered through a contemporary indie rock approach. It might remind you a little bit of Bully or Speedy Ortiz, or other cool bands with big guitars. Watch the Stress Dolls “Crazy” video below.
