Bauhaus release first new song in 14 years, “Drink the New Wine”
Bauhaus have released their first new song in 14 years. After the group lined up a series of tour dates in the U.S. in 2022, the goth-rock icons have released “Drink the New Wine,” which is their first new music since the release of their 2008 album Go Away White. Hear the new track below and take a look at their upcoming tour dates.
“Drink the New Wine” was recorded during the pandemic with each member—Peter Murphy, Daniel Ash, David J and Kevin Haskins—recording their parts individually without having heard what the others had contributed, and then putting the pieces together afterward, creating an “Exquisite Corpse.”
