black midi share new non-album single, “Cruising”

After the release of their outstanding new album Cavalcade, black midi have released another new single, titled “Cruising.” Taken from the same sessions as Cavalcade, “Cruising” is a slower-paced track that emphasizes some jazzier, more atmospheric elements of the group’s sound. Their trademark tension and intensity is still there, but it creeps up with more subtlety. Check out the new track below and take a look at black midi’s upcoming tour dates.
