Car Seat Headrest, Yo La Tengo, Snail Mail to play inaugural Frantic City Festival

A new festival in New Jersey, Frantic City, launches this year on September 24 at Orange Loop Amphitheatre in Atlantic City. And its inaugural lineup looks pretty outstanding, especially for a first-time festival. Its headliners include Car Seat Headrest, Snail Mail, Yo La Tengo and Murder City Devils. Also featured on the Frantic City Festival lineup are Shannon and the Clams, Superchunk, Rocket from the Crypt, The Raveonettes, Samiam, Titus Andronicus, Protomartyr and Control Top. That’s a pretty great looking lineup, especially in light of how unremarkable pretty much every major festival is starting to look.
