Hear a new song from The Cure, “A Fragile Thing”

The Cure recently released “Alone,” their first new song in 16 years, which we also named an Essential Track. It’s the first single from their upcoming album Songs of a Lost World, which is due out November 1 via Fiction/Capitol, and they’ve shared another new single, “A Fragile Thing,” along with the complete tracklist for their new album.

Robert Smith said in a statement, “A Fragile Thing is driven by the difficulties we face in choosing between mutually exclusive needs and how we deal with the futile regret that can follow these choices, however sure we are that the right choices have been made… it can often be very hard to be the person that you really need to be.”
