Irreversible Entanglements announce new album, Protect Your Light

Irreversible Entanglements have announced a new album. The jazz group—which features poetry/spoken word from Moor Mother—has signed with legendary label Impulse! for their next album Protect Your Light, which will be released on September 8. Today they’ve released the first song, “Free Love,” which they’ve described as a “universal message that provokes unity through a love that lives free, the love that lives in you.” Check it out below, via its visualizer, along with the album’s artwork and tracklist, and the group’s upcoming live dates.

Irreversible Entanglements’ last album was 2021’s Open the Gates.
