Lucrecia Dalt announces new album, A Danger to Ourselves

Lucrecia Dalt has announced a new album. On September 5 she’ll release A Danger to Ourselves via RVNG Intl. She previously released the single “cosa rara,” which we named an Essential Track, and today she’s released another new track, “divina,” which you can hear below.

“In the past, I often turned to movies and texts as mirrors to shape my stories, guiding me away from revealing too much from within, inventing isolated fictions,” Dalt said in a statement. “This time, I wanted to create music that flows cinematically and sets a landscape to tell a love story that flirts with improbability, the miraculous and the mysterious.”

A Danger to Ourselves follows 2022’s ¡Ay!. It’s on our list of the 100 Best Albums of the 2020s So Far.
