Slowdive announce new album, everything is alive
Slowdive have announced a new album. On September 1, they’ll release everything is alive via Dead Oceans. The first single they’ve shared is called “kisses,” and you can check out the new video below. Also check out the artwork and tracklist, as well as the band’s upcoming tour dates.
In a statement, Neil Halstead said, “It wouldn’t feel right to make a really dark record right now. The album is quite eclectic emotionally, but it does feel hopeful.”
Slowdive’s last album was their 2017 self-titled album. Slowdive’s “Souvlaki Space Station” is featured on our list, A History of Shoegaze in 45 Essential Tracks.
