Artists share tributes to David Bowie


Last night, it was reported that David Bowie had died at 69, after an 18-month battle with cancer. Today, tributes are pouring in from all over, and to see the magnitude of his influence on pop culture, one only need scan social media to see the level of artistry offering their tributes and reflections on the man. Paul McCartney, The Rolling Stones, Kanye West, Iggy Pop and many others have weighed in with their memories and words. Tony Visconti, longtime Bowie collaborator and producer who worked on his newest album, Blackstar, also shared some thoughts via Facebook.
