LCD Soundsystem have announced that they’ll release two new songs at midnight tonight. The band says in a Facebook post that those two tracks will arrive at “literally, midnight. wherever you are. So, like, Australia first, and so on and so forth.” The two new tracks are titled “Call the Police” and “American Dream,” and they’re the first new songs LCD Soundsystem has released since 2015’s “Christmas Will Break Your Heart” (which was their first song released since 2010’s This Is Happening). These will be the first tracks revealed from the band’s long-awaited fourth album, their first since reuniting.

LCD Soundsystem will also perform these two new songs on SNL on May 6. In the Facebook note, James Murphy also says “seriously almost done with the LP. 1 more vocal and 2 more mixes to go. as eager as folks have been for me to get this done, it’s got nothing on how much i want to be finished myself.” The album is being mastered by Bob Weston of Shellac.

Update: Listen to both tracks below.
