Hear a new song from Jessie Ware, “Ride”

Jessie Ware recently announced her sixth album, Superbloom, which is out April 10 via Interscope. It features the standout first single, “I Could Get Used to This,” and now, the UK artist has released another new single from the album. Today she shares “Ride,” a bright and twinkling disco number that fits right in with the dance diva sound she’s embraced over her last few albums. Check out its video below.

Ware said in a statement about the song, “’Ride’ was the first song I wrote for this record. I made it in 2024 with my best friend Jack Peñate and Karma Kid, who feature throughout the album. It’s a song for the clubs, for the dancefloor – fun, cinematic, cheeky and powerful. I first performed it at NYC Downlow at Glastonbury after headlining West Holts, and I’ve been waiting two years to finally put it out. I know others have been waiting too… So here it is. You’re welcome.”

Jessie Ware’s last album was 2023’s That! Feels Good!, which was one of our favorites from that year. Her 2020 album What’s Your Pleasure is on our list of the 100 Best Albums of the 2020s So Far.
