Drab Majesty announce new mini-album, An Object in Motion
Drab Majesty have announced a new record, An Object in Motion, out August 25 via Dais. Described as “somewhere between an EP and a mini-album,” the new 32-minute release features four songs, including first single “Vanity,” which features Rachel Goswell of Slowdive. Hear it below.
The group’s Deb Demure said in a statement, “As a long time listener and devotee of Slowdive, a band that literally shaped my DNA as a listener and musician, it was truly humbling to have Rachel offer her iconic vocal stylings to this song. Her voice is a sonic treasure and unmistakable. I’m infinitely grateful to call her a friend and am still pinching myself wondering – how did we get here?”
Drab Majesty’s last full-length album was 2019’s Modern Majesty.
