Knitting Factory announces reissues of Fela Kuti’s London Scene and Live! With Ginger Baker
Partisan Records has announced more titles in its ongoing Fela Kuti vinyl reissues series. London Scene and Live! With Ginger Baker are both being repressed for their 50th anniversaries, London Scene on November 5 on white colored splatter vinyl (above), and Live! With Ginger Baker on November 19 on red vinyl (below). Both albums feature remastered audio from the original master tapes at Abbey Road Studios. Live! With Ginger Baker also includes a previously unreleased Tony Allen and Ginger Baker drum solo. Hear Part 2 below.
