March 17, 2014
Los Angeles art-rock trio Liars have gone through a number of different stylistic permutations since their 2001 debut, They Threw Us All in a Trench and Stuck a Monument on Top. And, following 2012’s WIXIW, the group has gone in yet another new direction with their seventh album, Mess. It’s out next week, via Mute. But you can stream the full album before it’s released, via NPR’s First Listen.
