Molchat Doma announce new album, Belaya Polosa
Molchat Doma have announced a new album. Four years after 2020’s Monument, the Belarus-founded, Los Angeles-based coldwave/synth-pop group will release Belaya Polosa on September 6 via Sacred Bones. Today they’ve shared new single “Son.” Hear it below.
The group said in a statement, “‘Son’ was written before each group member experienced significant life changes, including a move to a new and unfamiliar country. It reflects the destruction of everything once familiar. The video aims to capture the emotion of leaving for the unknown, knowing there is no return to your old life.”
