Parquet Courts announce new album, Wide Awake!
Parquet Courts have announced a new album. On May 18, the band will release Wide Awake! via Rough Trade. The album is produced by Brian Burton aka Danger Mouse, and Andrew Savage says in a press release that the partnership is unconventional by design: “I personally liked the fact that I was writing a record that indebted to punk and funk, and Brian’s a pop producer who’s made some very polished records. I liked that it didn’t make sense.”

Wide Awake! follows 2016’s Human Performance.
