SXSW 2022 announces initial lineup of artists
After taking two years off from in-person events due to the pandemic, SXSW will return in 2022. The festival will take place in Austin, Texas on March 14-20. And today, SXSW has announced its initial lineup for the next onsite installment of the festival. The first batch of showcasing artists at SXSW includes Kristin Hersh, Maxo Kream, Aeon Station (Kevin Whelan of Wrens’ new band), DUMA, Jay Aston’s Gene Loves Jezebel, ONO, Tunic, A Giant Dog, Claire Rousay, Horsegirl, KAINA, Lee Bains and the Glory Fires, Pachyman, Poppy Ajudha, Ringo Deathstarr, Rosegarden Funeral Party, Surfbort, Twin Tribes, Water From Your Eyes, and more.
