The Reverend Kristin Michael Hayter (formerly Lingua Ignota) announces new album Saved!

Kristin Hayter, who recently closed out her legacy as Lingua Ignota, has announced her debut album under the name Reverend Kristin Michael Hayter. Titled Saved!, it’s out October 23 via her label, Perpetual Flame Ministries. The first song she’s shared is titled “ALL OF MY FRIENDS ARE GOING TO HELL,” and it’s a particularly haunted bit of gothic gospel. Hear it below.

The album is described in a statement as “an earnest attempt to achieve salvation through the tenets of charismatic Christianity, focusing on the Pentecostal-Holiness Movement, which dictate that one’s closeness to God is demonstrated through transcendental personal experience.”

Lingua Ignota’s last album was 2021’s Sinner Get Ready.
