Wye Oak – “Glory”

Wye Oak have revealed the new video for “Glory,” from their excellent new album Shriek, via the AV Club. And it’s just a little bit disturbing in a “Black Hole Sun” sort of way. There are lots of blonde girls and bright colors, with some backward-moving camera tricks, ice cream cones, gold sneakers and other strange visual candy. It also has a soft-focus ’80s music video effect, which suits the band’s new synth-driven approach.
