Fucked Up announce Year of the Hare single
Toronto hardcore group Fucked Up has a long history of releasing epic singles to coincide with the Chinese zodiac, dating all the way back to 2006’s Year of the Dog. And this year, they’re at it again. Last year the group released Year of the Dragon, as well as the full-length Glass Boys, and this year they’re leaping forward with Year of the Hare. Keeping in the tradition of the group’s past Year Of releases, all of which have been released on different labels, Year of the Hare will be released on Deathwish Inc. on June 16. The artwork, as seen above, was designed by Jacob Bannon of Converge (who is also the label head at Deathwish).
There’s only two tracks on the EP, but you can check them out below — the title track is 21 minutes long! Damn.
