Lollapalooza schedule revealed
This year’s Lollapalooza is happening on Friday, July 31 through Sunday, Aug. 2 in Chicago’s Grant Park. Its lineup this year features Paul McCartney, Metallica, Florence and the Machine, The Weeknd, The War on Drugs, Flying Lotus, Tame Impala, TV on the Radio and a whole bunch of other bands. And today, the festival just announced its daily schedule, and you know what that means: Schedule conflicts.
On Friday, it’s not that bad; it’s not until the evening when it becomes an issue, as Paul McCartney, Flying Lotus and The Weeknd are all performing at the same time. It gets more complicated on Saturday. You’ve got Charli XCX vs. Sturgill Simpson, Toro y Moi vs. Death from Above 1979, and Tame Impala vs. Tyler the Creator. Sunday isn’t quite as tight, though you’ll have to decide between TV on the Radio and FKA Twigs. Decisions, decisions.
