Two unreleased Darkside songs surface, duo going on hiatus
Today on the group’s Facebook page, Nicolas Jaar and Dave Harrington announced that their collaborative project, Darkside, will be ending — at least temporarily — after they wrap up their current set of tour dates. Their message reads, “Hello everyone, Nico and Dave here. DARKSIDE is coming to an end, for now. On September 12th, we will be playing our last show at Brooklyn Masonic Temple. … Thanks for listening and supporting us this year.”
However, in addition to announcing their impending hiatus, the duo posted streams of two unreleased Darkside songs that are outtakes from their debut album Psychic. Stream those two tracks below, and check out the duo’s remaining tour dates before they put the brakes on the project.
