Mastodon announce new album, Marrow Deep
Mastodon have announced a new album. On August 28 they’ll release Marrow Deep via Loma Vista. It’s the band’s first album in five years, and first without longtime member Brent Hinds, who died in 2025. They’ve shared a first single, “Snakes For Dinner,” featuring Josh Homme of Queens of the Stone Age. Hear it below.
Last week, Mastodon also shared a short film about their relationship with late former bandmate Brent Hinds.
Mastodon’s last album was 2021’s Hushed and Grim. Read our Hall of Fame feature on their 2004 album, Leviathan.
