Bob Mould announces North American “Solo Electric” tour dates
Bob Mould has announced a series of North American dates on his “Solo Electric” tour. After he performs in the UK and Ireland in January and February, he’ll make his way to the states to do a series of shows that stretch from Indiana down to Florida and then back up to West Virginia. He’ll be joined by his fellow Merge Records artist H.C. McEntire on all North American dates.
Mould says in a press release, “The solo shows are great for inspiring new ideas, sharing my current thoughts about the state of the world, as well as revisiting deeper cuts from my songbook. Many of the songs from Blue Hearts took shape during the January 2020 Solo Electric tour, and the positive feedback I received after those shows were key to the feel of that album. I enjoy the intimacy of solo shows, while maintaining the energy and volume of band performances.” Check out the tour schedule below.
Bob Mould’s last album was 2020’s Blue Hearts.
