Cocteau Twins and Harold Budd collaborative album The Moon and the Melodies being reissued
Cocteau Twins‘ 1986 collaborative album with Harold Budd, The Moon and the Melodies, is being reissued on vinyl for the first time since it was originally released. The new reissue of the album will be out August 23 via 4AD. It’ll also be released on CD and digitally.
Cocteau Twins’ Simon Raymonde said in a statement about the record, “It captured a moment in time between friends that are enjoying making music together. Really, that’s the essence of it.”
