Iceage’s Elias Rønnenfelt announces debut solo album, Heavy Glory
Elias Rønnenfelt, vocalist of Iceage, has announced his debut solo album. On October 25 he’ll release Heavy Glory via Escho. The album features covers of Spacemen 3 and Townes Van Zandt songs, as well as original songs including his recent single, “Like Lovers Do.” The first single is “No One Else.” Hear it below.
“I’ve done this so many times,” Rønnenfelt said about the process of making the album, “but capturing and crystallizing an album remains a singular ritual, just with different circumstances. We are capturing something that is hard to hold down.”
