Hear a new song from Deradoorian, “Digital Gravestone”
Angel Deradoorian has signed to Fire Records. After previously working with the label with her Decisive Pink project with Kate NV, she’s released her first solo single through Fire, “Digital Gravestone,” which you can hear below. Deradoorian will release a new full-length LP in spring 2025.
Deradoorian said in a statement that the song is “a conglomeration of broken imagery of a deserted world. Ideas surrounding genocide and the regeneration of the survivors. A survivor of [the Armenian] genocide, I am the daughter of the only son of the only surviving grandfather. The song touches on the power of belief. Looking toward someone or something higher than ourselves to keep hope alive amongst decay.”
