Divide and Dissolve recently revealed the details of new album Systemic, which will be released June 30 via Invada. After sharing “Blood Quantum” back in April (which we named an Essential Track), they’ve released “Indignation,” a heavy new track that prominently features Takiaya Reed’s elegiac saxophone playing. It arrives via a video directed by Sepi Mashiahof, who said that the clip is about “the collective grief we experience about the lives we all could have were it not for the cruel and arbitrary systems of power that impede each and every one of our potentials.” Watch the video below.

The new song “is a prayer that land be given back to Indigenous people,” Reed said in a statement. “A hope that future generations no longer experience the atrocities and fervent violence that colonisation continues to bring forth.”

Systemic follows 2021’s Gas Lit.

Divide and Dissolve live dates:

Jul 7: AU, Sydney, Crowbar
Jul 14: AU, Melbourne, The Curtin Bandroom
Jul 15: AU, Adelaide, Unsound x Illuminate Festival
