Machinedrum announces new album, 3FOR82
Machinedrum has announced a new album. On May 24 Travis Stewart will release 3FOR82 via Ninja Tune. The album features appearances from Tinashe, Mick Jenkins, Jesse Boykins III, aja monet, Duckwrth and more, and Stewart crafted the album during a pilgrimage to Joshua Tree. Today he’s shared “ZOOM,” featuring Tinashe, which you can hear below.
“I’ve been to Joshua Tree many times and I’ve always felt a great sense of clarity every time I visit,” Stewart said in a statement, “and I knew that I should, at some point in my life, go out there to work on something creatively.”
Machinedrum’s last album was 2020’s A View of U.
