Beach Slang announces stripped-down tour as Quiet Slang
Beach Slang‘s James Alex has announced an acoustic tour as Quiet Slang. On May 18, Alex releases his debut Quiet Slang album, Everything Matters But No One Is Listening via Polyvinyl, and that same week he begins a series of dates in North America that continue in June and July.
Alex released a statement about the tour: “Cellos, a piano, a gang of voices and tenderness—I have never been more ready to be vulnerable. Maybe we can do that together. There has to be some healing in it, you know?” Take a look at those dates below. Also, hear the new Quiet Slang single, “Dirty Cigarettes.”
Beach Slang’s last album was 2016’s A Loud Bash of Teenage Feelings.
