Ride announce details of vinyl reissues
Shoegaze icons Ride have announced the details of their upcoming vinyl reissues. On November 4, Wichita Records will release vinyl reissues of the band’s first two albums, 1990’s Nowhere and 1992’s Going Blank Again. The label is also planning to release 4 EPs, which collects the band’s first four EPs: Ride, Play, Fall and Today Forever. Nowhere will be available on transparent curacao vinyl, in a gatefold sleeve with embossed artwork. Going Blank Again will be available on double orange transparent vinyl, with gatefold sleeve and gloss machine varnish. And 4 EPs will be available on double white vinyl, also in a gatefold sleeve.
Pre-orders are available here. So far no US outlets are taking pre-orders, but the band’s UK store ships to the US.
The group is also touring the UK for the belated anniversary of Nowhere. Check out those dates below.
