Stream the new Interpol album, El Pintor
On Sept. 9, New York City’s brooding indie heroes Interpol will release their fifth album El Pintor, the long-awaited follow-up to their 2010 self-titled album. The band has already revealed a few tracks, including “All the Rage Back Home” and “Ancient Ways.” And based on those two tracks, the band has hit a new, shoegazing groove, and we’re ready to hear more. And if you are too, you’re in luck. Today, however, NPR First Listen is streaming the entire album, a full two weeks before it’s officially out.
