Stevie Wonder announces Songs in the Key of Life tour
Stevie Wonder’s Songs in the Key of Life has long been regarded as one of the greatest albums of all time. It’s certainly one of the greatest double albums of all time, thanks to an almost total absence of filler, and its highlights — of which there are many — are at once life-affirming and powerful. It’s been archived in the National Recording Registry in the Library of Congress, and last year, Wonder performed the entirety of it for a charity concert.
This fall, he’ll be doing that all over North America, in fact. Starting Nov. 6, Wonder will launch an 11-city tour in which he’ll be performing Songs In The Key of Life in its entirety. It sounds like it’s going to be pretty amazing. Check out the dates below.
